You may call 1-715-757-3431 for tentative reservations. A deposit of at least 50% is required within seven days to secure your reservation, full payment is required if your reservation is within 30 days. Upon receipt of your deposit we will book your reservation and send you a reservation confirmation. Balance is due at least 30 days before the date, balance may be due earlier if the scheduled trip or campground fills to capacity. Group reservations which hold 50% or more of the available space will require full payment with the reservation and it is not refundable. The person making the reservation is ultimately responsible for all payment and costs.

Advise your group that we cannot return money if anyone fails to show for the reservation. Your group will be responsible for the total cost of rafting and camping for all persons booked. We run "rain or shine" and it is good to be prepared for any turn of the weather.

Although we take every precaution to make our trips safe and enjoyable, there are elements of danger in white water rafting; thus you must travel at your own risk. Rafters must sign a Raft Rental Agreement and Release of Liability*. Since we do rely on Mother Nature for river conditions, we cannot always guarantee high water.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Money Orders. Personal checks are accepted until 2 weeks prior to the trip date.

* Rafters under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian sign the Raft Rental Agreement and Release of Liability.

	Balance must be paid not less than 30 days in advance.
	All unpaid trip space will be cancelled. Last minute reservations accepted as space permits.
	All trips include raft, paddles, life jackets, and transportation to starting point.
	No refunds for late cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or inclement weather.
	A refund or reschedule may be made only if we are notified at least four weeks prior to your trip date.
	We reserve the right to reschedule any trip to an alternate section of the river or to a different river if conditions warrant. We may also change the length of the trip, raft size, or number of guests per raft. If we must cancel, a full refund will be given.
	All rates and trips are subject to change without notice.
	We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, without refund.

Cancellations

All Rafters must sign a raft rental agreement/release of liability form for each trip. Rafters under the age of 18 must also have a parent or legal guardian sign the document. (Group leaders, Siblings, Relatives, Scout Leaders, Pastors etc. ARE NOT legal guardians).

Note: Individuals signing the Raft rental agreement for themselves whom appear to be under the age of 25 will be required to provide a valid state photo I.D. card.

QUIET TIME is from 11:00pm to 7:00am. No music or loud voices between these times. All noise should be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
Everyone is entitled to their privacy so please do not walk near your neighbors site.

You must be 18 years or older to rent a site and renter will be responsible for the site including any additional guests.

All minors must be at their own site at quiet time. Please accompany children in rest rooms, Bar and at the river.

Minors camping without a parent must have at least 1 adult chaperon (24 years or older) in the group. Additional chaperons may be required for larger groups.

The rules have been designed for the safety and comfort of ALL. Please read and obey all rules and posted signs. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

The campground cannot be responsible for injury or damage due to wind, water, fire or the negligence of you or others. These rules were made for your safety, and to ensure the enjoyment of your camping/rafting experience. Please obey them. They will be enforced.

PARENTS, please make your children aware of these rules. We reserve the right to evict anyone, WITHOUT REFUND, who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or endangers the safety of other campers or guests. Upon termination, the guest and their party shall be deemed trespassers.
